The Jiangsu installation, spanning an expansive industrial rooftop, integrates over 4,400 units of SUNROVER’s 700W N-type TOPCon Solar Panels. These modules leverage dual-glass bifacial technology and a 22.5% conversion efficiency rating to maximize energy yield in limited space. Partnered with Solis 100kw On Grid Inverters, the system achieves optimized power conversion while demonstrating SUNROVER’s technical proficiency in component selection and system integration. Early performance data indicates the array will generate approximately 3.5 million kWh annually, offsetting 2,800 tons of carbon emissions for the host manufacturing facility.

This achievement underscores SUNROVER’s vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities. The company operates a state-of-the-art production base with an annual output exceeding 1.2GW, specifically engineered to manufacture next-generation solar panels in the 600-750W power class. Advanced cell stringing robotics and multi-busbar interconnection techniques enable precise quality control across five automated production lines, ensuring module reliability while maintaining a 98% production efficiency rate. This industrial-scale capacity positions SUNROVER to meet surging global demand for high-wattage PV solutions.

Beyond standardized products, SUNROVER differentiates itself through customized solar-plus-storage system design. The company’s engineering team employs proprietary simulation software to develop site-specific configurations that balance energy generation, storage capacity, and load requirements. For commercial and industrial clients, this includes integrated battery energy storage systems (BESS), smart energy management platforms, and hybrid inverter solutions – all calibrated to maximize self-consumption rates and grid independence. Recent innovations include modular designs enabling phased capacity expansion and retrofit compatibility with existing PV infrastructure.

"The Jiangsu project exemplifies our comprehensive approach," said a SUNROVER spokesperson. "From initial structural load analysis and shadow modeling to post-installation monitoring, we maintain full lifecycle oversight. Our technical team resolved multiple challenges including roof penetration restrictions and uneven surface gradients through custom mounting solutions." This vertical integration extends to supply chain management, with SUNROVER maintaining strategic partnerships for raw materials and balance-of-system components to ensure project timelines and cost efficiency.

With China’s distributed PV market projected to grow 15% annually through 2030, SUNROVER continues to strengthen its position through R&D investments in N-type cell technology and modular energy storage architectures. The company currently has 127MW of commercial rooftop projects under development across East China, alongside utility-scale ventures in emerging markets. By combining manufacturing scale with adaptive system design capabilities, SUNROVER aims to accelerate the global transition to customizable, high-performance solar solutions.
